Being physically is incredibly important to me, it helps in every aspect of my life. It also has a very positive impact on mental health.
In my 20’s I was physically fit and healthy. Unfortunately, like the majority of us, life and children then took priority and I put on a lot of weight. Having been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I knew I had to do something before my condition got.
Luckily, I found my love of fitness again. Through diet and exercise I have now lost over 6 stone and am in remission from the diabetes. I am also proud that I have now qualified as a fitness coach.
My aim is to inspire others to have the confidence that they can do the same.
