I have been a Derbyshire yoga teacher since 2018 and I have found ways to soften, relax and breathe which help with the struggles and busyness of everyday life. We all juggle so much, so taking time out to soften is essential for our overall wellbeing. More recently I have trained and began teaching Bodroovey G which is a dance to music programme which encourages us to move more, have fun and do it to our own level. I decided to become an ambassador because I can feel in myself and see in others the joy, confidence, boost and freedom that movement gives people. Dancing and yoga are suitable for all abilities and are wonderfully inclusive, offering a boost to our mind and body.
