I am passionate about promoting health and wellbeing want to use my passion to benefit others in the local community.  Having learnt that exercise, healthy lifestyle, and wellbeing can be fun, I want to share this with others and help to them meet their lifestyle goals.  I am a lifelong lover of sport, exercise and healthy living and love to be in and around like-minded people.
