I found yoga when struggling to find a work-life balance in my corporate job. Over time, I realised that Yoga can offer so much more than the slower, meditative practice that I had perceived it to be. I love combining the mindfulness of Yoga practice into everything that I do, whether that be dancing, walking or running, and of course in teaching + practicing Yoga.
