A 90-minute moderately paced WALX around the village of Alderwasley and Shining Cliff Woods starting from Tannenbaum Campsite.
No need to bring a drink and there are hot drinks and homemade cake on-site from Coffee Modo.
If you haven`t been here before please check directions the night before. The postcode takes you to a layby approx. half a mile south of the campsite.
This walk grade is 2. See details on grading. Not suitable for beginners or pushchairs.
Please note: Many use poles for these walks but it is not a requirement.
Please bring a hot drink for afterwards.
Dress appropriately for the weather, walking shoes, waterproof jacket and trousers if required, no jeans or trainers.
It is advisable to wear a bum bag with a water bottle or hydration pack.
