Outdoor TMW Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing in Millennium Meadow, Duffield. A small, nature reserve combining many Woodland Tree Species with Meadow Habitat and Pond & Wetland with lovely views of the Derwent valley.

Taught over several weeks the TMW 12-Move Sequence provides a sequence of movements specifically designed to promote physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. With origins in both Tai Chi and Chi Kung the TMW sequence distils elements of these arts into a simple series of movements without complex forms to learn or difficult techniques to master.

It is combined with periods of walking through the Nature Reserve and learning TMW outside surrounded by a gorgeous natural environment, with the birds singing which is particular special.

This is an opportunity to remove yourself from all that is happening around you which can feel amazing and liberating.

If you have attended TMW before then this is an option for you to come to Deepen and Refine your understanding of the Moves, Principle and whole sequence.

Bring a drink for afterwards, on occasions there is a mobile cafe on the parking area called Su'per Nosh

Dress appropriately for the weather, walking shoes, waterproof jacket and trousers if required, no jeans or trainers.
