Walking Football

Walk summary

Walking football is a central part of Derby County Community Trust's offer for over 50s, providing weekly training sessions and competitive fixtures design to upkeep activity levels and ensure that anyone at any age can engage in the beautiful game!

We have an over 50s, over 60s and over 65s team who compete in Derbyshire leagues and cups to a great level of success.

Participation is open to all, there are no trials and you can train or complete according to your own preferences and ability.

For those who want to play competitively there are opportunities to represent Derby County against other local and EFL sides in cups, tournaments and even on the Pride Park pitch.

Sessions are payable weekly or by monthly direct debit with all costs supporting the sessions and projects at the Trust.

Starting Point: All sessions take place at Powerleague Soccerdome, Derby.

Day of the week: Monday and Friday mornings

Time: 10am-11am
