Positive Beginnings is a Facebook group where we can share all things to do with positive mental and physical wellbeing to improve our own health as well as motivating others. I've also very recently started a slimming support group called positive slimmers.

Fitness classes in Chellaston, offering Metafit and HiiT24 (High Intensity Interval Training) as well as legs, glutes and core-focused classes for any fitness level.

We are a running club based at Derby Rugby Club, Haslams Lane, Derby DE22 1EB.  We meet at 7:00 pm every Tuesday (Club night) and Thursday (hill training). New members always welcome!

Tiptoe School of Performing Arts began in Sinfin in April 1990, with approximately 70 pupils. The school has grown to over 400 dance students from the age of 3 upward.  Due to the size of the school, we moved to City of Derby Academy in 2009.
